CleverWater is working with Irish Group Water Schemes to provide easy, functional and cost effective water utilities billing and customer management system.

CleverWater App provides high quality service to help manage the whole process of administering the Group Water Scheme. CleverWater App a is a water utilities billing software system designed for small, medium and large sized Group Water Schemes. Register and overview meter readings and water usage, invoice and register payments, print statements and various reports e.g. for accounting, outstanding invoices, gross water usage, etc. The members of the scheme can log in to their accounts online to reprint invoices, receipts or statements and keep an eye on their water usage and readings.

Every water scheme loses money on water leaks and unpaid bills. Integrated functions will allow you to find possible leaks in your pipeline system which will have an impact on your scheme budget. Digital maps - GIS
Traditionally, a Geographical Information System (GIS) consisted of hardware, software and data on one computer or a printed hardcopy of maps. Group Water Schemes would analyse and create static maps of the data and there was no ability to update and share the work with co-workers, except through physical copies.
Today we're taking it to another level. Using state of the art cloud technologies and plugging into APIs (Application Programming Interface), means we can display and analyse spatial data on multiple devices – laptop, mobile and desktop.
It also means we can take advantage of APIs on mobile devices such as the Geolocation API, which lets you discover the user location.
Both the desktop and mobile GIS built-in module developed by CleverWater App makes best use of the road and satelite maps.
Asset Management
Asset management is a process water utilities can use to make sure that planned maintenance can be conducted and capital assets (pumps, valves, pipes, etc.) can be repaired, replaced, or upgraded on time and that there is enough money to pay for it.

How to register
If you have any previous water bill from your Group Water Scheme available, You can register by using the registration form. Otherwise you can call the G.W.S. office and ask them to add your email address to your account.
What can I find in my account
After login, you'll be able to see your account details, connected meters, track water usage and see your billing history. All information is live.
The G.W.S. I'm a member of is not using CleverWater technology. What can I do?
Unfortunatelly we cannot provide you any help on that, however you can talk to the G.W.S. committee members about the benefits of joining CleverWater platform.
Are my data secure?
All your data are maintained by your Group Water Scheme and stored in the cloud with the latest security measures
